Shipping & Returns Policy

At Negotiation Simplified Book, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service.

For delivery of individual electronic copies of Negotiation Simplified, orders will be shipped electronically within one (1) business day of order confirmation in either PDF or Kindle eBook Reader (KDP) format (you must specify when you place your order). Shipments will be delivered via the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Audio copies of Negotiation Simplified are not sold directly through the website. Customers wishing to purchase an audio version will be directed to Audible for purchase and delivery. Audio books are available in the audio formats supported by the Audible platform. Delivery and access to audiobooks will be provided through the customer’s Audible account in accordance with Audible’s terms and conditions.

For shipping hard copies of Negotiation Simplified, we use two primary methods to fulfill our hard-copy book orders: Direct Ship from our warehouse (DS) for single or small-quantity orders, and Bulk Fulfillment for larger institutional or corporate orders. Please review the details below regarding how your order will be processed and shipped.

Hard-Copy Shipping Policy

  1. Direct Ship Orders (DS)

These orders are fulfilled by our supply of pre-printed books and from print-on-demand books. When our supply of pre-printed books is exhausted, we will print-on-demand and manufacture a book specifically for you at the time of purchase by our third-party printing partner.

  • Processing Time: For both existing inventory and print-on-demand books, please allow 3–5 business days for before the item is dispatched.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
  1. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders involve larger quantities and may be shipped via freight or courier services, depending on the volume.

  • Processing Time: Bulk orders generally require 7-14 business days for order processing and staging.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping time will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method (e.g., Ground Freight, Expedited Courier). A representative will contact you with specific lead times and other details once your order is confirmed.
  1. General Shipping Information
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship only to the USA/Canada. We offer international shipping, but customs fees and international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer if the client ships worldwide.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Because of our fulfillment methods, our return policy is categorized as follows:

  1. Electronic Copies (including Audiobooks):

Print-on-Demand (POD) Returns

Because these items are custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., misprint, binding error) or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us at

  • Required Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will happily arrange for a free replacement to be printed and shipped for you.
  1. Bulk Order Returns

Due to the nature of bulk book distribution, all bulk sales are considered final sales once processed.

  • Damaged Shipments: In the rare event of damage during bulk transit, please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable) and notify us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and facilitate a resolution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If our shipment provider indicates the status “Delivered,” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the delivery address provided in your confirmation email.
  2. Check with neighbors or your building manager.
  3. Contact us or the carrier directly using your tracking number to initiate a trace.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please reach out to us at JReiman@ReimanNegotiations.com so we can assist you in coordinating a replacement.
